摘要
针对铸造行业人工打磨中存在的问题,研制出了K70打磨机床。该机床7轴数控,闭环控制,采用双工位和大功率主轴电机,打磨效率高,已经成功应用于铸件打磨的生产实践中。
Aiming at the problems of manual grinding in foundry industry,K70 grinding machine tool was developed.The machine tool has 7-axis CNC and closed-loop control.Because of adopting double station and high power spindle motor,the machine tool has high grinding efficiency. The machine tool has been successfully used in the production practice of casting grinding.
