摘要
设计研发了焊接转子自动化超声检测装置控制系统。基于此,介绍了自动化超声检测装置的系统组成,基于工控机+PLC系统框架设计了控制系统硬件结构,基于VC++设计了人机交互软件,阐述了超声检测数据记录方法以及系统控制流程。试用结果证明,该系统能有效提高焊接转子超声检测效率和可靠性,可适用于在制和在役转子超声检测应用。
In this paper,a control system of an automatic ultrasonic inspection device for the welding rotor is designed and developed.The system composition of the automatic ultrasonic inspection device is introduced.The hardware structure of the control system is designed based on the industrial PC+PLC system framework.The human-computer interaction software is designed based on VC++.The ultrasonic inspection data acquisition method and control flow chart are described.The application results show that the system can effectively improve the efficiency and reliability of ultrasonic inspection for welded rotors.And the system is suitable for the ultrasonic inspection of in-manufactured and in-service rotors.
