Study on the Technical Standards for Safety Assessment of structure and Stability of Fishing Vessels

为防范和遏制渔业船舶水上安全事故,加强渔业船舶安全管理,建立健全渔船安全评估技术标准体系十分必要。结合现有船舶技术状况,对所属渔船的作业方式、基本特征、船体结构、稳性计算、排水舷口等安全指标进行了全面系统的深入剖析,提出了一些切实可行的渔船安全评估方法和指导案例。

In order to prevent and contain the marine safety accidents of fishing vessels,strengthen the safety management of fishing vessels,establish and improve the technical standard system of fishing vessel safety assessment.Combined with the current technical situation of ships,this paper makes a comprehensive and systematic analysis on the operation mode,basic characteristics,hull structure,stability calculation,drainage port and other safety indexes of the fishing boats,and puts forward some practical safety assessment methods and guidance cases.
