矢极径图谱:一种实用的旋转机械故障诊断分析方法

Vector Pole Diameter Map: A Practical Fault Diagnosis and Analysis Method for Rotating Machinery

提出一种旋转机械故障诊断新方法——矢极径图谱分析法,介绍其原理和应用,研究其与旋转机械回转信号之间的理论关系,并将其应用于实际故障诊断中。研究与应用结果表明,新的矢极径图谱能清晰判断转子的回转强度,尤其对解决不平衡故障具有重要意义。

This paper presented a new fault diagnosis method of rotating machinery,introduced its principle and application,studied its theoretical relationship between it and the rotating signal of rotating machinery,and applied it to practical fault diagnosis.The results of research and application showed that the new vector pole diameter diagram can clearly judge the rotation strength of the rotor, especially for solving the unbalance fault.
