摘要 电动机是工业生产过程中必不可少的设备,几乎所有机械系统都需要使用电动机。随着现代控制技术的不断进步,电动机自动控制已成为工业发展的主流趋势。由于电动机在启动过程中通常会产生较大的启动电流,而且启动瞬时电流可能会对电路和其他设备产生一定的影响,因此在启动和运行期间电动机通常由变频器控制。同时,如果高压电动机在工作过程中长时间过载,可能会严重损坏电动机。随着当今自动控制技术的不断发展,电动机控制的安全性变得越来越重要。基于此,本文分析高压电动机自动控制技术的发展和应用以及高压电动机的电气调试措施。 Motor is an essential equipment in the industrial production process,almost all mechanical systems require the use of motors.With the continuous progress of modern control technology,motor automatic control has become the main trend of industrial development.Since the motor usually produces a large starting current in the starting process,and the starting instantaneous current may have a certain impact on the circuit and other equipment,the motor is usually controlled by the frequency converter during the start-up and operation.At the same time,if the high voltage motor is overloaded for a long time in the working process,the motor may be seriously damaged.With the continuous development of automatic control technology,the safety of motor control is becoming more and more important.Based on this,this paper analyzed the development and application of high voltage motor automatic control technology and the electrical debugging measures of high voltage motor.
