介绍新能源纯电动轨道牵引车车体底架上的拉杆支座组件的结构特点,分析其制造工艺难点,设计了适用新能源纯电动轨道牵引车拉杆支座组件的组焊工艺及焊接组对工装,保证了新能源纯电动轨道牵引车的产品质量。

This paper introduces the structural characteristics of the rod support assembly on the chassis of the pure electric track tractor of new energy,analyzes the difficulties in its manufacturing process,and designs the welding process and the welding pair of the assembly for the rod support assembly of the pure electric track tractor of new energy,thus ensuring the product quality of the pure electric track tractor of new energy.
