起重机广泛用于建筑工地施工。建筑工程的复杂性、动态性和不断变化的性质,已被公认为是该行业高伤亡率的重要原因。统计显示,在所有的施工和维修事故中,起重机所占的比例达1/3。为保障建筑业的安全和健康发展,专业人员需要高度重视起重机的可用安全装置和程序的培训,以便在施工作业期间有效利用这些技术。根据起重机相关伤害的可用信息、当前可用的安全装置以及常用的起重机安全程序,提出预防起重机损伤和开发更安全起重机的建议。

Crane is widely used in construction site.The complexity,dynamic and changing nature of construction engineering has been recognized as an important reason for the high casualty rate in this industry.Crane is the central component of many construction operations,and is related to most construction deaths;in fact,according to statistics,in all construction and Maintenance accidents,the proportion of crane is as high as one third.For the safe and healthy development of the construction industry,professionals need to be fully trained in the available crane safety devices and procedures to ensure that these technologies are effectively used during construction operations.This paper reviews the available information on crane related injuries,the safety devices currently available and the commonly used crane safety procedures.Suggestions for improving crane damage prevention and future crane safety research are put forward.
