摘要
伴随电力工程建设的快速发展,以人力为主、机械为辅的施工现状亟待改变。针对软土地基地质,提出扩底桩与螺旋锚相结合的复合新型基础形式。该研究从承载原理和载荷传递规律等方面进行分析,阐述了此类复合基础的优势以及普适性。现设计一种全机械化施工方案,运用D-H矩阵法建立可变角度连接装置的铰点坐标系,运用齐次变换的方式得出运动学方程,可为工作空间的设计和自动控制提供理论基础。
With the rapid development of electric power construction,it is urgent to change the current situation.In view of the soft soil foundation geology,a new type of composite foundation combining belled pile and screw anchor is proposed.The bearing principle and load transfer law are analyzed,and the advantages and applicability of this kind of composite foundation are given.A fully mechanized construction scheme is designed,and the hinge point coordinate system of variable angle connection device is established by using D-H method,and the kinematics equation is obtained by using homogeneous transformation.It provides a theoretical basis for the design and automatic control of workspace.
