Safety Control of Mechanical Design Automation Equipment under the Background of Internet

随着社会经济水平的提高和互联网技术的发展,我国逐渐对自动化设备的机械设计提出了更高的要求,旨在提高自动化设备的安全控制能力,确保自动化设备能够正常、稳定、安全地运行。在互联网背景下,针对自动化设备安全控制的基本原则,从采用高效的监控系统和安全预警系统、有效利用先进科技来加强安全控制以及不断优化安全控制技术3方面入手,为增强自动化设备的安全性提供具有建设性的建议。

With the continuous improvement of social and economic level and the continuous development of Internet technology,China has gradually put forward higher requirements for the mechanical design of automation equipment,aiming to improve the safety control ability of automation equipment,and ensure the correct,stable and safe operation of automation equipment.Based on the above situation,in the context of the Internet,in view of the basic principles of safety control of automation equipment,this paper puts forward constructive suggestions for improving the safety of automation equipment from three aspects:adopting efficient monitoring system and safety early warning system,effectively using advanced technology to strengthen security control,and constantly optimizing security control technology.
