摘要
针对生产线中的转角运送需求,以PLC为控制核心,设计了一种用于转角物料运送的机械手控制系统。具体分析了工业现场的控制要求,结合现场应用的场地和安全等问题,确定了设计方案,并依据方案进行了系统硬、软件设计。该系统能够实现自动运送、状态显示、急停等功能,可基本满足工业现场需要。
Aiming at the corner transportation demand in the production line,this article uses PLC as the control core to design a manipulator control system for corner material transportation.In this paper,the control requirements of the industrial site are analyzed in detail,combined with the site and safety of the field application,the design plan is determined,and the hardware and software design of the system is carried out according to the plan.The system can realize functions such as automatic transportation,status display,and emergency stop,which basically meets the needs of industrial sites.
