变异链球菌生长受枯草芽孢杆菌抑制机制的代谢组学分析

摘要 目的:揭示枯草芽孢杆菌抑制变异链球菌生长可能存在的机制。方法:将枯草芽孢杆菌代谢产物提取液与变异链球菌进行共培养,采用基于1H核磁共振波谱(NMR)的代谢组学方法对代谢产物进行比较分析。结果:变异链球菌的生长受到了枯草芽孢杆菌代谢产物的抑制,分析结果表明发生差异的代谢产物主要包括亮氨酸、乳酸、谷氨酸、苯乳酸、甘氨酸等。结论:枯草芽孢杆菌可能通过产生能够影响变异链球菌糖代谢和氨基酸代谢的产物,从而抑制了变异链球菌的生长。 Objective:To reveal the possible mechanism of Bacillus subtilis inhibiting the growth of Streptococcus mutans.Methods:The extracts of Bacillus subtilis metabolites were co-cultured with Streptococcus mutans,and the metabolites were compared and analyzed by 1H nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(NMR)based metabolomics.Results:The growth of Streptococcus mutans was inhibited by the metabolites of Bacillus subtilis,and the results showed that the metabolites with differences mainly included leucine,lactic acid,glutamic acid,phenyllactic acid and glycine.Conclusion:Bacillus subtilis may inhibit the growth of Streptococcus mutans by producing products that affect the metabolism of sugars and amino acids in Streptococcus mutans.
