摘要
以浓硫酸、硝酸为硝化试剂,铁粉为还原试剂对废旧聚苯乙烯进行氨基化改性制得氨基聚苯乙烯。利用FTIR、TG、XRD、SEM等现代仪器分析手段对产物的结构、性能、形貌等进行表征。结果表明,n(PS)∶n(HNO3)∶n(H2SO4)=1∶6∶2时硝化效果较好,聚苯乙烯成功实现氨基化改性,且以对位为主。引入硝基、氨基基团后,聚苯乙烯表面变得粗糙和疏松,热稳定性大小依次为PS> PS-NO2> PSNH2。
Aminopolystyrene was prepared by nitrification and amination of waste polystyrene with concentrated sulfuric acid and nitric acid as nitrating reagent and iron powder as reducing reagent. The structure,properties and morphology of the product were characterized by FTIR,TG,XRD and SEM. The results showed that the nitration effect was better when n( PS) ∶ n( HNO3) ∶ n( H2 SO4) = 1 ∶ 6 ∶ 2,and the amino modification of polystyrene was successfully realized,mainly in para-position. After the introduction of nitro and amino groups,the surface of polystyrene became rough and loose,and the thermal stability of polystyrene was PS > PS-NO2> PS-NH2 in turn.
