摘要
以芒果叶为原料,用乙醇-水溶剂提取芒果苷,通过比较乙醇浓度、提取温度、提取时间对芒果苷提取率的影响,确定最佳工艺条件。结果表明,选用60%乙醇、75℃下水浴加热50 min提取效果最好。体外抗氧化实验表明,芒果苷对羟基自由基·OH、超氧自由基O2-·、DPPH具有一定的清除能力,且随着芒果苷浓度的增大,清除能力增强,浓度大于1.5 mg/m L时,对O2-·、DPPH的清除效果与Vc相当。
The leaves of Mangifera indica L were used as raw materials to extract mangiferin with ethanol-water solvent. By comparing the effects of ethanol concentration,temperature,and time on the extraction rate of mangiferin,the best extraction process of mangiferin was deter mined: ethanol concentration 60%,temperature 75 ℃,extraction time 50 min. The antioxidant experiments showed that mangiferin has a certain scavenging ability to hydroxyl radicals( ·OH),superoxide radicals( O2-·)and DPPH,and its effect is enhanced with the increase of concentration. When the concentration of mangiferin was greater than1. 5 mg/m L,the ability to remove of O2-·oand DPPH was equivalent to Vc.
