摘要
细菌纤维素是由微生物产生的细胞外多糖类聚合物的统称,细菌纤维素具有很多优越的性质。利用拟青霉菌制备真菌膜,测试真菌膜含水量,运用扫描电子显微镜对真菌膜的微观形貌和纤维结构进行观察,使用热重分析对真菌膜样品的热学性能进行分析,并通过实验确定制备该真菌膜的最佳条件。实验结果表明:该拟青霉菌真菌膜的含水量为72.54%,生产真菌膜的最佳氮源为硫酸铵,最佳碳源为蔗糖,最佳温度为37℃,最佳pH值为2,最佳培养时间为8 d。本研究为拟青霉菌真菌膜的制备提供参考。
Bacterial cellulose is the extracellular polysaccharide polymers produced by microorganisms. Bacterial cellulose has many superior properties. In this paper,Paecilomyceswas used to prepare fungal membrane,the water content of fungal membrane was tested,the micromorphology and fiber structure of fungal membrane were observed by scanning electron microscope,the thermal property of fungal membrane was analyzed with thermogravimetry,and the best conditions for the preparation of fungal membrane were determined. The experimental results were as followt: the water content of the fungal membrane was 72. 54%,the best nitrogen source for the preparation of the fungal membrane was ammonium sulfate,the best carbon source was sucrose,the best temperature was 37 ℃,the best p H was 2,the best culture time was 8 days. This study provided a reference for the preparation of fungal membrane.
