摘要
以氢氧化锂、乙酸锰为原料,用微波法合成锂离子电池正极材料LiMn2O4。考察了活性碳添加量对微波法合成尖晶石LiMn2O4正极材料的结构及性能的影响。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、恒电流充放电测试分别对产物的结构、形貌及电化学性能进行表征。并找到了最佳的合成条件来制备锂电池正极材料LiMn2O4。
In this paper,lithium hydroxide and manganese acetate are used as raw materials to synthesize LiMn2O4 as cathode materials for lithium-ion batteries by microwave method. The influence of the amount of activated carbon added on the structure and performance of the spinel LiMn2O4 cathode material synthesized by the microwave method was investigated. The structure,morphology and electrochemical properties of the product were characterized by X-ray diffraction( XRD),scanning electron microscope( SEM),and constant current charge and discharge tests. And found the best synthesis conditions to prepare lithium battery cathode material LiMn2O4.
