2-甲基-1,4-萘醌的绿色合成研究

摘要 在四丁基溴化铵存在下,1-甲氧基-2-甲基萘与双氧水和冰醋酸经酞菁铁催化反应制备2-甲基-1,4-萘醌。文中考察了相转移催化剂种类和用量、反应溶剂、反应温度对目标产物的影响。结果表明四丁基溴化铵的使用提高了反应收率,使2-甲基-1,4-萘醌的收率达到74.8%。 In the presence of tetrabutylammonium bromide,1-methoxy-2-methyl naphthalene was catalyzed with hydrogen peroxide and glacial acetic acid to form 2-Methyl-1,4-naphthoquinone. The influences of phase transfercatalyst,dosage,reaction temperature and solvent were inquired. The results showed that the yield of 2-methyl-1,4-naphquinone increased to74. 8% by the use of tetrabutylammonium bromide.
