摘要
在实际生产中,工艺员或者分析员经常需要比较两个或者两个以上类似的参数,亦或对两个或者两个以上型号相同的平行运行装置进行对比分析,用以预测和分析生产装置的运行状态或进行优化操作。此时利用实时数据库中的数据,进行科学的数据分析,从而获取有用的数学模型,对生产和优化操作进行指导或者预测未来装置的运行状态,具有十分积极的作用。下文利用实时数据库采集的实际运行装置的数据,略举几例详细说明。
In the actual production,the technologist or analyst often needs to compare two or more similar parameters,or carry out comparative analysis on two or more parallel operation devices of the same model,so as to predict and analyze the operation state of the production device or optimize the operation. At this time,using the data in the real-time database to carry out scientific data analysis,so as to obtain useful mathematical model,which has a very positive role in guiding the production and optimization operation or predicting the operation status of the future device. In the following,the data of the actual running device collected by the real-time database is illustrated in detail with a few examples.
