Follow the principles of prioritizing planning and highlight ecological friendly concept for comprehensive governance and ecological restoration of the Yongding River

阐述了国家部署永定河综合治理与生态修复工作背景及目标,详细介绍了北京市推进永定河综合治理与生态修复工作的措施与成果。北京已建成“五湖一线一湿地”工程,为京西地区居民提供了良好的休闲娱乐场所,有效改善了周边生态环境。探索“用生态办法解决生态问题”技术路径,总结分析出“湿河底、拉河槽、定河型、复生态”四阶段治河思路,为下一步河道综合治理提供了科学支撑。

With introduction of background and objectives of comprehensive governance and ecological restoration of the Yongding River according to the national deployment,a detailed analysis has been made on measures and achievements in Beijing.After completion of the project called“five lakes,one line,one wetland”,it shall provide places for leisure and entertainment in the surrounding area of west Beijing,which also improve ecological environment.This paper explores technical path of“using ecological methods to solve ecological problems”,proposes the idea of four-stage governance,i.e.“wetting river bed,pulling river channel,fixing river type and restoring ecology”,so as to provide a scientific base for river governance in the next step.
