在永定河流域综合治理与生态修复项目的推进过程中,资产运营管理工作对保持工程建设成果、实现资源资产保值增值、促进治理成效可持续和公司发展可持续起着重要的作用。分析了永定河流域管理现状及存在的问题,介绍了永定河流域综合治理与生态修复资产运营管理模式,并结合流域管理现状提出加强永定河资产运营管理工作的思路。

In the process of comprehensive governance and ecological restoration of the Yongding River Basin projects,asset operation and management plays a key role in maintaining the outcome of engineering construction,realization of resources assets value increase,and promoting sustainable management and development of the company.Through analysis of current situation and issues with management of the Yongding River basin,the model of asset operation and management are presented.It is concluded with some ideas for strengthening asset operation and management combining with the current situation of the river basin.
