内热针结合红外线热成像治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床疗效及其对生活质量的影响

Clinical efficacy of internal heating acupuncture combined with infrared thermal imaging on patients with lumbar disc herniation and the impacts on their quality of life

目的研究并讨论内热针结合红外线热成像治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床疗效及其对生活质量的影响。方法选取本院于2019年12月~2020年6月收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者80例,按照计算机数字随机排序的方式将患者分为对照组(40例,单独采用中医内热针治疗)和研究组(40例,应用内热针结合红外线成像治疗),比较两组患者治疗有效率、治疗后腰椎日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(JOA)、视觉模拟量表评分(VAS)、腰屈曲范围(LFR)、穿刺处温度及治疗后SF-36生命质量量表。结果治疗后研究组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组患者,在腰椎JOA、VAS、LFR、穿刺处温度方面均优于对照组,治疗后研究组患者SF-36量表中生理功能、生理职能、社会功能及情感职能4个维度得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过在红外线热成像帮助下实施中医内热针治疗,能进一步改善患者腰椎关节状况,缓解疼痛表现,最终提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To research and discuss the clinical efficacy of internal heating acupuncture combined with infrared thermal imaging on patients with lumbar disc herniation and the impacts on their quality of life.Methods A total of 80 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to our hospital from December 2019 to June 2020 were selected and divided into the control group(n=40)and the study group(n=40)according to the computer numerical random sorting method.The control group was treated with internal heating acupuncture alone,while the study group was treated with internal heating acupuncture combined with infrared thermal imaging.The efficacy rate of treatment,Japanese Orthopaedic Association Scores(JOA),Visual analogue scale(VAS),Lumbar flexion range(LFR)puncture temperature and SF-36 quality of life scale after treatment were compared between the two groups of patients.Results After treatment,it can be seen that the total efficacy rate of the patients in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group.Meanwhile,the lumbar JOA,VAS,LFR and puncture temperature were superior to those in the control group.After treatment,the scores of four dimensions of physiological function,physiological role,social function and emotional function of SF-36 scale in the study group patients were all higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion With the help of infrared thermal imaging,the internal heating acupuncture treatment of traditional Chinese medicine can not only further improve the condition of patients'lumbar joints,but also relieve pain,and ultimately improve the quality of life of patients.
