老年性嗓音障碍是指机体进入老年期后,全身机能及喉部出现不同程度退行性改变,继而导致音量减弱、音调改变、声音粗糙嘶哑、发声易疲劳等特征性嗓音变化,对生活质量、社交等方面产生较大影响。因此,有必要关注老年人的嗓音状况,并注意区别其嗓音障碍是年龄相关还是病理性改变,以便有针对性的采取干预措施来改善该人群的嗓音质量。本文旨在回顾老年性嗓音障碍的特征性表现、可能的病理生理机制及诊治方面的研究进展,以加强对该病的系统化认识。

Senile dysphonia refer to characteristic voice changes such as volume reduction,tone change,rough and hoarse voice,and easy vocal fatigue due to various degrees of degenerative changes in the body's function and larynx after one enters old age,bringing a great impact on the quality of life,social interaction and other aspects of the aged.Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to the voice status of the aged,and distinguish whether their dysphonia is age-related or pathological changes,so that targeted interventions can be taken to improve the voice quality of this population.This article aimed to review the characteristic manifestations,possible pathophysiological mechanisms,and research progress in the diagnosis and treatment of senile dysphonia in order to strengthen the systematic understanding of the disease.
