前列地尔联合硫辛酸治疗早期糖尿病肾病疗效分析

Analysis on the therapeutic efficacy of alprostadil combined with lipoic acid on early diabetic nephropathy

目的对早期糖尿病肾病患者以前列地尔联合硫辛酸进行治疗,观察实际疗效。方法选取2018年8月~2019年8月在我院进行治疗的106例早期糖尿病肾病患者作为研究观察对象,随机分为研究组(n=53)以及对照组(n=53)。对照组以前列地尔治疗,研究组联合硫辛酸治疗,比较两组患者血糖、24h尿蛋白定量(24h U-TP)以及治疗总有效率。结果治疗前,两组空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPBG)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经过治疗,两组FBG、2hPBG水平存在一定幅度下降,但组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,两组患者24h U-TP水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经过治疗,两组患者24h U-TP水平均有所下降,且研究组水平更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率(90.57%)高于对照组(75.47%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前列地尔联合硫辛酸治疗早期糖尿病肾病效果较优,值得推广。

Objective Patients with early diabetic nephropathy were treated with prostadil combined with lipoic acid to observe the actual effect.Methods A total of 106 patients with early diabetic nephropathy who were treated in our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected and randomly divided into study group(n=53)and control group(n=53).The control group was treated with alprostadil,while the study group was treated with lipoic acid on the basis of the control group.The blood glucose,24-hour urine protein and the total efficacy rate were compared between the two groups of patients.Results Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in FBG and 2-hour PBG levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of FBG and 2-hour PBG were decreased to a certain extent,and there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the 24-hour U-TP level between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After treatment,the 24-hour U-TP levels in both groups of patients were decreased to a certain extent,but the level in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total efficacy rate of the study group was 90.57%,which was significantly higher than 75.47%of the control group,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Alprostadil combined with lipoic acid is superior in efficacy on early diabetic nephropathy,which is worthy of promotion.
