2009~2013年某市因意外伤害住院儿童变化趋势

The trend of changes in the children hospitalized due to unintentional injuries in a city from 2009 to 2013

目的通过了解本地区因意外伤害住院儿童的变化情况,为制定儿童意外伤害的预防措施提供线索。方法对本市市区4所医院2009~2013年入院的0~14岁因意外伤害住院儿童的病案资料进行回顾性分析,比较不同性别、地区、年龄、伤害类型在2009~2013年的变化情况。结果2009~2013年共收治因意外伤害住院儿童2656例,2009年收治449例(16.9%),2010年484例(18.2%),2011年513例(19.3%),2012年573例(21.6%),2013年637例(24.0%),2009~2013年因意外伤害住院儿童的数量呈逐年上升趋势。2009~2013年,因意外伤害住院的男女童病例数均逐年增加;农村儿童数量呈逐年上升趋势,城市儿童数量变化不大;5~9岁病例数逐年上升,10~14岁基本呈逐年上升趋势;交通事故、跌倒、烧烫伤、异物损伤病例数均位于前四位。交通事故在2009~2012年病例数逐年增多,2013年下降;跌倒、烧烫伤基本呈逐年上升趋势。结论2009~2013年因意外伤害住院儿童呈逐年上升趋势,结合本市儿童意外伤害的变化情况,采取有效的干预措施,可以降低儿童意外伤害的发生率和死亡率。

Objective To investigate the changes of the children hospitalized due to unintentional injuries in the local area,and to provide clues for formulating preventive measures against unintentional injuries of children.Methods The medical record data of the children aged 0 to 14 who were hospitalized in the 4 hospitals in the urban area of this city due to unintentional injuries from 2009 to 2013 were analyzed retrospectively and the changes of different genders,regions,ages and injury types from 2009 to 2013 were compared.Results From 2009 to 2013,a total of 2656 children hospitalized due to unintentional injuries were admitted and treated,including 449(16.9%)in 2009,484(18.2%)in 2010,513(19.3%)in 2011,573(21.6%)in 2012 and 637(24.0%)in 2013,with the number of children hospitalized due to unintentional injuries increasing year by year from 2009 to 2013.From 2009 to 2013,the numbers of boys and girls hospitalized due to unintentional injuries both increased year by year;The number of the rural children increased year by year,while the number of the urban children didn't change greatly;The number of the children aged 5 to 9 increased year by year,and the number of the children aged 10 to 14 basically showed an upward trend year by year;The numbers of traffic accident,fall,burn and scald,and injury caused by foreign bodies were among the top four.The number of the children hospitalized due to traffic accident increased year by year from 2009 to 2012 and decreased in 2013.Fall and burn and scald basically showed an upward trend year by year.Conclusion From 2009 to 2013,the number of the children hospitalized due to unintentional injuries showed an upward trend year by year.Taking effective intervention measures in light of the changes of unintentional injuries of the children in this city can reduce the incidence and mortality rate of unintentional injuries of children.
