孤独感在高职医学生手机成瘾与人际关系困扰间的中介效应研究

Study on the mediating role of loneliness between mobile phone addiction and interpersonal disturbance in higher vocational medical students

目的了解高职医学生手机成瘾与人际关系困扰状况,并探讨孤独感在二者之间的中介作用。方法采用手机成瘾指数量表(MPAI)、人际关系综合诊断量表(ICDS)、孤独量表(UCLA)对575名高职医学生进行测量。结果高职医学生手机成瘾的检出率为34.96%;MPAI得分与UCLA、人际关系困扰得分均呈正相关(r=0.539、0.304,均P<0.01);孤独感在人际关系困扰和手机成瘾间起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的比值为0.388。结论高职医学生存在较为严重的手机成瘾现象,手机成瘾、人际关系困扰及孤独感之间关系密切,孤独感在手机成瘾和人际关系困扰之间具有部分中介效应。

Objective To understand the status of mobile phone addiction and interpersonal disturbance in higher vocational medical students,and to investigate the mediating role of loneliness between the two.Methods The mobile phone addiction index(MPAI),the interpersonal cognitive distortions scale(ICDS),and the UCLA loneliness scale(UCLA)were used to measure 575 higher vocational medical students.Results The detection rate of mobile phone addiction among higher vocational medical students was 34.96%;The MPAI scores were positively correlated with UCLA and interpersonal disturbance scores(r=0.539,0.304,both P<0.01);Loneliness played a mediating role between interpersonal disturbance and mobile phone addiction,and the ratio of its mediating effect to the total effect was 0.388.Conclusion There is a serious phenomenon of mobile phone addiction among higher vocational medical students,mobile phone addiction and interpersonal disturbance are closely related to loneliness,and loneliness plays a mediating role between mobile phone addiction and interpersonal disturbance.
