首都区级疾病预防控制体系优化对策研究

Study on the Optimization of Centers for Disease Control and Prevention of Districts of Beijing

课题组在对首都区级疾病预防控制中心充分翔实调研的基础上,深度挖掘了在此次新冠疫情中区级疾控机构面临的突出问题,进而补短板、堵漏洞,为区级疾病预防控制体系优化提出可行性政策建议,从而进一步推进“健康北京”建设,构建更加有效的首都公共卫生治理体系、提高应急管理治理能力。

Based on the full and detailed investigations of the Capital District Center for Disease Control and Prevention,the research team has deeply explored the outstanding problems faced by the district-level disease control agencies in the new crown epidemic,and then made up for shortcomings and plugged loopholes for district-level disease prevention.The optimization of the control system proposes feasible policy recommendations to further promote the construction of“Healthy Beijing”,build a more effective public health governance system in the capital,and improve emergency management and governance capabilities.
