溶剂热法制备CdS@g-C3N4复合材料及其催化性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 以乙醇为溶剂,采用溶剂热法合成CdS@g-C3N4复合材料,利用SEM、XRD、UV-Vis等对其进行结构和形貌表征。以亚甲基蓝(MB)为降解底物,在模拟太阳光下考察了CdS@g-C3N4的光催化降解活性。结果表明,50%CdS@g-C3N4对MB的降解效率30 min就达到90%以上。在相同反应条件下,CdS@g-C3N4复合材料比纯g-C3N4以及CdS具有更高的催化活性。CdS在CdS@g-C3N4复合材料中的作用主要有:提高了材料的光吸收能力,提高了对有机污染物的吸附能力,同时促进了光生电子-空穴对的分离。此外,CdS@g-C3N4光催化剂在循环测试中表现出了足够的催化稳定性。 Taking ethanol as solvent,CdS@g-C3N4 composites was synthesized by solvothermal method,and the structure and morphology of CdS@g-C3N4 were characterized by SEM,XRD,UV-Vis,etc.Using methylene blue(MB)as the degradation substrate,the photocatalytic degradation activity of CdS@g-C3N4 was investigated under simulated sunlight.The results showed that the degradation efficiency of MB on 50%CdS@g-C3N4 reached above 90%in 30 min.Under the same reaction conditions,the CdS@g-C3N4 composite showed higher catalytic activity than pure g-C3N4 and CdS.The role of CdS in CdS@g-C3N4 composite materials mainly include as follows:improving the light absorption capacity of the material and the adsorption capacity of organic pollutants,promoting the separation of photogenerated electron-hole pairs.In addition,the CdS@g-C3N4 photocatalyst exhibits sufficient catalytic stability in the cycle test.
