摘要
设计研究了一种柴油发电机组的发电机定转子碰摩时的停机保护装置。在发电机定转子即将发生“碰摩”时,发电机定转子之间的间隙会变得不均匀,最底下往往是最可能的碰摩点,此时该装置使柴油发电机组启动紧急停机保护功能,防止“碰摩”事故发生。
This paper designs akind of shutdown protection device is designed for diesel generator when the stator and rotor rub against each other.When the stator and rotor of the generator are about to‘rub’,The gap between the generator stator and rotor will becomenonuniform,The bottom is often the most likely rub.At this time,the device enables the diesel generator set to start the emergency shutdown protection function to prevent the occurrence of‘rub impact’accident.
