“智能制造”背景下高职院校高技能人才培养模式探究

Research on the mode of high-skilled talents in higher vocational colleges under the background of intelligent manufacturing

随着中国经济的高速发展,工业经济发展的内外环境也逐渐产生变化,为了加快制造产业结构调整和转型的步伐,大力推进智能制造企业的发展,高技能人才培养在智能制造业企业转型升级中占有举足轻重的环节,为了更好地加快高技能人才培养的进度,文章对江苏智能制造企业进行了实地调查,并进行了问卷调查,经过统计分析得出高技能人才发展的问题,最终提出合理的培养方案。

With the rapid development of China’s economy,the internal and external environment of its industrial economic development has gradually changed.In order to accelerate the pace of structural adjustment and transformation of the manufacturing industry and vigorously promote the development of intelligent manufacturing enterprises,the cultivation of highly skilled personnel plays an important role in the transformation and upgrading of intelligent manufacturing enterprises.In order to better speed up the progress of high-skilled personnel training.This article conducted a field survey of JiangSu intelligent manufacturing enterprises,and conducted a questionnaire survey.Through statistical analysis to find the current problems of high-skilled talent development.Finally,a reasonable training program is proposed.
