摘要
贾谊提出以礼治国,代表了汉初儒生为使儒学介入政治并最终上升为国家意识形态的初步尝试。他立足于现实,通过深入反思秦亡的历史教训以及汉初黄老政治的弊端,试图以礼为核心从政治、社会、经济、文化等层面建构和规范国家秩序,并尝试发挥其作为国家意识形态的重要功能。但是,贾谊的“以礼治国”论做为国家意识形态而言却并不成熟,其理论还存在着诸多不足。
Jia Yi put forward the opinion of governing the country with rite,which represents the preliminary attempt by the early Han Dynasty Confucian scholars who wanted to make Confucianism into the politics and ultimately rise for the national ideology.Based on the reality and reflecting on the lessons of the history of the Qin Dynasty and the political abuses of the Huang Lao in the early Han Dynasty,Jia Yi tried to construct and standardize the national order with rite from the political,social,economic,cultural and other aspects.Meanwhile,Jia Yi also tried to play the most important function of governing the country with rite as the role of the state ideology.However,Jia Yi's theory of governing the country with rite as the state ideology is not mature yet,there are still many deficiencies.
