意义幸福倾向与幸福感的关系:亲社会行为和基本心理需要的多重中介作用

The Mediating Effect of Prosocial Behaviors and Basic Psychological Needs on the Relationship Between Eudaimonia Orientation and Happiness

为了探讨意义幸福倾向对幸福感的影响及其心理机制,采用幸福倾向量表、基本心理需要满足量表、亲社会行为量表、积极-消极情感量表以及生活满意度量表对665名在校生进行施测。结果表明:(1)意义幸福倾向通过亲社会行为和基本心理需要影响幸福感;(2)亲社会行为与基本心理需要在意义幸福倾向与幸福感的关系中起并行中介作用。因此,意义幸福倾向不仅可以直接预测幸福感,还通过基本心理需要满足和亲社会行为的并行中介作用间接预测幸福感。

To explore the multiple mediating effect of prosocial behaviors and basic psychological needs between eudaimonia orientation and happiness.A total 665 college students from Shandong Province were tested with the Orientations to Happiness Scale,the Basic Psychological Need Satisfaction Scale,the Prosocial Behavior Scale,the Positive and Negative Affect Scale and the Satisfaction with Life Scale.The results demonstrated that:(1)Prosocial behaviors and basic psychological needs mediated the effect of eudaimonia orientation on happiness;(2)Prosocial behaviors and basic psychological needs play a parallel mediating effect between eudaimonia orientation and happiness.Therefore,eudaimonic orientation has a direct impact on happiness and also has an indirect impact on happiness through basic psychological needs and prosocial behaviors.
