大学生注意缺陷多动障碍症状与健康危险因素的相关研究

Correlation between symptoms of attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder and health risk factors in college students

目的调查和分析大学生注意缺陷多动障碍(attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder,ADHD)症状的发生率,分析大学生ADHD与焦虑、抑郁及自杀风险、网络成瘾、冲动性购物行为的关系。方法选取2所高校大学生1322名,使用成人ADHD自评量表(adult ADHD self-report scale,ASRS)、焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)、流行病学研究中心抑郁量表(center for epidemiological survey,depression scale,CES-D)、自杀风险评估、网络成瘾量表(Internet addiction test,IAT)、中国消费者冲动性购买倾向量表(impulsive buying tendency scale,IBTS),调查受试者的各种问题行为。结果在最终纳入分析的1281名受试者中,8.1%大学生被筛查出有ADHD症状,有ADHD症状的大学生焦虑、抑郁及自杀风险、网络成瘾、冲动购物行为报告率均高于无ADHD症状的大学生(P<0.001)。逻辑回归分析结果显示:控制性别和年龄因素后,大学生ADHD症状与焦虑、抑郁及自杀风险行为显著相关(P<0.001);控制年龄因素后,大学生ADHD症状与网络成瘾和冲动购物行为显著相关;性别与网络成瘾和冲动购物行为显著相关(P<0.001)。结论大学生ADHD症状与焦虑、抑郁及自杀、网络成瘾、冲动性购物行为具有显著相关性。

Objective To investigate the incidence of attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)symptoms in college students,and to analyze the relationship between ADHD and anxiety,depression,suicide,Internet addiction,and impulsive shopping behaviors.Methods A total of 1322 college students from two colleges in a certain area were selected.The adult ADHD self-report scale(ASRS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),center for epidemiological survey,depression scale(CES-D),suicide risk assessment,Internet addiction test(IAT),and Chinese consumer impulsive buying tendency scale(IBTS)were used to investigate various problem behaviors of the subjects.Results About 8.1%of 1281 college students enrolled were screened for ADHD symptoms.The college students with ADHD symptoms reported higher anxiety,depression,suicide risk,Internet addiction,and impulse shopping behaviors than those without ADHD symptoms(P<0.001).Logistic regression analysis showed that after controlling gender and age factors,college students’ADHD was associated with anxiety,depression,and suicidal behavior(P<0.001).After controlling age factors,college students’ADHD was associated with Internet addiction behavior and impulsive shopping behavior.Gender was positively related to Internet addiction behavior and impulse shopping behavior(P<0.001).Conclusion There are significant correlations among ADHD symptoms and anxiety,depression,suicide,Internet addiction,and impulsive shopping behaviors among college students.
