开发区产城融合发展动力机制研究:基于系统动力学方法

Mechanism on Industry-city Integration of Development Zone:Based on System Dynamics Method

为推动城市化高质量发展,开发区亟需实现产业转型升级。目前,大多数开发区城市综合服务功能的提升普遍滞后于产业发展水平,为此,引进产城融合这一可持续发展模式,是新时代开发区转型升级的重要手段。本文在对产城融合发展理论分析的基础上,运用系统动力学理论与方法,构建开发区产城融合发展系统动力学模型,并对杭州经济技术开发区的发展数据进行仿真模拟,最后,运用灵敏度分析方法研究了各因素对产城融合发展的影响大小,提出了产业发展投资、城市功能建设以及生态环境建设三方面的建议。

To promote high quality urbanization,development zones need industry transformation and upgrading.At present,the improvement of municipal comprehensive service lags behind the industrial development in most cases.Therefore,the introduction of industry-city integration,a sustainable development mode,has become an important means of transformation and upgrading of development zones in the new era.In the paper,based on the theoretical analysis of the development of industry-city integration,the system dynamics theory and methods are applied to build a system dynamics model for the development of industry-city integration in development zones.The data of Hangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone is simulated.Finally,by investigating influences of different factors on industry-city integration with sensitive analysis method,the paper proposes suggestions such as the investment in industry development,the city functions construction,and the protection of ecosystem.
