人力资本对旅游经济发展影响的省际差异研究

A Study on the Inter-provincial Difference in the Influence of Human Capital on the Development of Tourism Economy

人力资本状况是影响旅游经济发展的重要因素,本文选择2008—2017年31个省、市、自治区的面板数据,以旅游院校学生数量作为旅游人力资本的替代指标,同时借助旅游固定资产的数据构建计量模型,研究人力资本投入对旅游经济发展影响的省际差异,利用ARCGIS软件绘制旅游人力资本边际效用区域图。结果表明,旅游人力资本投入对旅游经济的发展具有正向影响,这一影响具有明显的区域差异,形成“东高西低,中部平稳”的区域分布格局。针对实证结果,从不同区域的角度提出相关建议,东部地区应注重旅游人才的结构与层次;中部地区应加强旅游规划工作,优化旅游教育的结构;西北地区应提升旅游人才的数量与质量,并关注人才流失问题。

The status of human capital is an important factor affecting the development of tourism.Taking the number of tourism college students as a substitute index for tourism human capital and using the data of fixed tourism assets to construct the measurement model,the paper studies the inter-provincial differences in the influence of human capital investment on the development of tourism economy by drawing on the panel data of 31 provinces from 2008 to 2017.We use arcgis software to map tourism human capital marginal utility area.The results show that human capital investment in tourism has a positive effect on the development of tourism economy,which has obvious regional differences,forming a regional distribution pattern of“high in the east,low in the west and stable in the middle”.In view of the empirical results,we put forward relevant suggestions from the perspectives of different regions:the eastern region should focus on the structure and level of tourism professionals;the central region should strengthen tourism planning and optimize the structure of tourism education;the western region should improve the quantity and quality of tourism professionals,and pay attention to the problem of brain drain.
