摘要
目的:优选产妇宁颗粒水提工艺。方法:采用正交实验设计,以高效液相色谱法测定提取液中黄芪甲苷的含量,优选最佳提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为提取次数为3次,提取时间为每次1.5 h,加水量为8倍。结论:优化后的提取工艺合理可行,适于产妇宁可的药材提取。
Objective:to optimize the extraction process of Chanfuning granules.Methods:the content of astragaloside IV in the extract was determined by HPLC with orthogonal experimental design,and the optimal extraction process was optimized.Results:the optimum extraction process was as follows:extraction times 3 times,extraction time 1.5 h each time,and water amount 8 times.Conclusion:the optimized extraction process is reasonable and feasible,which is suitable for the extraction of Chanfuning granules.
