摘要
昆虫蜕皮激素和植物芸苔素内酯具有相似的甾核结构,其在调节昆虫的生长发育和繁殖过程中具有重要作用。通过经典的叶片倾斜实验比较了20-羟基蜕皮甾酮与两种芸苔素内酯在水稻中的生物活性。研究结果表明,20-羟基蜕皮甾酮在植物中并不具有类似芸苔素内酯的生物调节功能。
Insect ecdysteroids share similar steroidal nucleus structure with brassinolides,and play important roles in regulating the growth,development,and reproduction of insects.This study compared the biological activity of 20-hydroxyecdysterone with two of brassinolides in rice through a classical leaf inclination experiment.The results showed that the 20-hydroxyecdysterone does not have the regulating function as brassinolides in plant.
