热重模拟蒸馏法在重质油馏程测定中的应用研究

Application Research on the Distribution of Heavy Oil by Thermogravimetric Simulated Distillation

采用热重模拟蒸馏法对重质油馏程进行测定研究,通过热分析法中TGA曲线得出其各组分馏程分布,对比高温模拟蒸馏的馏程曲线。实验结果表明,重质油TGA曲线不同温度段与质量的关系,可以反应出重质油回收率与温度之间的关系,通过与气相色谱高温模拟蒸馏法数据进行比对,进一步验证了该方法的可行性,从而为重质油馏程准确测定,提供重要的借鉴意义。

The distillation range of heavy oil was analyzed by the thermogracimetric analysis.The distillation range distribution of each group was obtained by the TGA curve,which was compared with the distillation range curve of high temperature simulated distillation.The experimental results show that the relationship between the yeild of heavy oil and temperature can be obtained by analyzing the relationship between different temperature segments and the mass of heavy oil in TGA curve,which is proved by the uncertianty analysis.
