工程教育背景下发酵工艺课程教学改革与实践

Practice of Teaching Reform in Fermentation Under Engineering Education Background

为进一步提高教学效果,突出学生专业的职业性,对生物工程专业发酵工艺课程进行改革。分析传统教学过程中的问题,提出以啤酒发酵为主线,优化整合教学内容、搭建教学平台、综合评价指标三方面改革举措,以课程设计的学习成果检验理论教学效果。

In order to mobilize students’subjective initiative and improve their autonomous learning ability,the fermentation process course of bioengineering specialty was reformed.This paper analyzes the problems in the traditional teaching process,and puts forward three reform measures,namely,taking beer fermentation as the main line,optimizing and integrating teaching content,building teaching platform and comprehensive.
