黄河流域经济高质量发展水平评价及时空分异研究

Study on Evaluation of High-Quality Economic Development Level and Spatio-Temporal Differentiation of the Yellow River Basin

黄河流域在我国经济社会发展和生态安全方面具有十分重要的地位,黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展已上升为重大国家战略。本文通过建立经济高质量发展综合评价指标体系,对黄河流域九省区2009-2018年的经济高质量发展水平进行测算,进而分析了各省区经济高质量发展的时空分异特征。研究发现,黄河流域的上游、中游和下游地区经济高质量发展水平存在一定的差异,应当遵循因地施策与区域协调相结合的原则制定发展规划,以促进黄河流域各省区经济的高质量发展。

The Yellow River Basin plays an important role in China's economic and social development and ecological security.The ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin has become a major national strategy.Through the establishment of a comprehensive evaluation index system of high-quality economic development,this paper estimates the high-quality economic development level of nine provinces in the Yellow River Basin in 2009-2018,and then analyzes the spatial-temporal characteristics of the high-quality economic development level in each province.It is found that there are some differences in the level of high-quality economic development in the upper,middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River Basin.We should follow the principle of combining local policies with regional coordination to formulate development plans,so as to promote the high-quality economic development in the provinces and regions of the Yellow River Basin.
