县域金融效率对县域经济增长的影响研究——以陕西秦巴山区19个县为例

Research on the Influence of County Financial Efficiency on County Economic Growth under the Strategy of Rural Revitalization——A Case Study of 19 Counties in Qin-Ba Mountain Area of Shaanxi Province

本文选取了2013-2017年陕西秦巴山区19个县的面板数据,从宏观金融视角出发,利用时序全局主成分分析法构建了陕西秦巴山区县域金融效率评价指标体系,基于帕加诺模型研究县域金融效率对县域经济增长的影响,结果表明:陕西秦巴山区县域金融效率对县域经济增长具有正向促进作用。其中,储蓄投资转化率对农村经济增长影响较为显著;资本边际效率是农村金融资源配置中较为薄弱的环节。若想促进农村经济增长,要在关注储蓄投资转化的同时,兼顾金融资源的投向问题。

This article selects the panel data of 19 counties in Qin-Ba Mountains Area of Shaanxi province in 2013-2017,from a macro financial perspective,using sequential global principal component analysis(GPCA)to construct the financial efficiency evaluation index system of Qin-Ba Mountains county in Shaanxi province,based on Pagano model to study the effect of county financial efficiency of the county economy growth.The results show that county financial efficiency in Qin-Ba Mountain Area of Shaanxi province has positive effect on county economic growth.Specifically,the saving-investment transformation rate has a significant impact on rural economic growth.Capital marginal efficiency is a weak link in the allocation of rural financial resources.If we want to promote rural economic growth,we should pay attention to the saving-investment transformation rate,and at the same time focus on the investment of financial resources.
