新冠肺炎疫情下政策性金融支持陕西外贸发展的思考

稳住外贸基本盘,是贯彻落实习近平总书记重要讲话精神的重要任务,也是统筹推进新冠肺炎疫情防控和经济社会发展的内在要求。在新冠肺炎疫情暴发冲击全球产业链、供应链,国际国内经济形势持续复杂多变、陕西省外向型经济受到冲击的背景下,中国进出口银行陕西省分行不断加大资金供给和政策保障,通过建立合作机制、设立专项资金、完善服务手段、创新金融产品、制定优惠政策等举措,重点支持陕西省重大外向型基础设施项目、外贸产业链供给链,大力支持陕西省民营和中小微企业,以稳市场主体为抓手全力稳住外贸基本盘,扎实做好“六稳”工作,全面落实“六保”任务,以实际行动为统筹疫情防控和经济社会发展贡献力量。

In the face of the unexpected COVID-19 outbreak,The Export-Import Bank of China(EXIM)Shaanxi Branch has taken a two-step approach between the epidemic prevention and the operation of business.It has done a solid job in the"six stabilisation"task and the"six guarantees"task,fully played its role in counter-cyclical regulation,and made positive efforts to coordinate epidemic prevention as well as economic and social development.
