摘要
纳米技术在食品生产加工及包装仓储等环节得到了广泛应用,具有显著效益,但也不应忽视其潜在的健康与安全性风险。应当借鉴转基因食品标识制度,适时施行纳米食品强制性标识制度,维护消费者的知情权和选择权,为建立良好的纳米风险信息沟通机制提供必要条件,为纳米技术的可持续发展构建必要的制度框架。
Nanotechnology has been widely used in food production, processing, packaging and storage. It shows significant benefits, but its potential health and safety risks should not be ignored. We should learn from genetically modified food labeling system, timely implement the mandatory labeling system of nanofood, protect consumers’ rights to know and choose, provide necessary conditions for the establishment of a good nano risk information communication mechanism, and set up the necessary institutional framework for the sustainable development of nanotechnology.
