金融支持稳企业保就业成效、问题及相关建议——以陕西省实践为例

The Achievements,Problems and Related Suggestions of Financial Support to Stabilize Enterprises and Ensure Employment——Take Shaanxi Province as an example

2020年初以来,受新冠肺炎疫情冲击影响,上半年我国经济增速下降明显,部分企业经营陷入困境。在此背景下,党中央、国务院提出"六稳"、"六保"决策部署,人民银行西安分行也积极行动,采取多种措施支持疫情防控和复工复产,全省金融支持稳企业保就业取得显著成效。本文对此进行了深入研究分析,并提出相关建议,以进一步提高政策效果和支持实体经济更好发展。

During the first half year, affected by the impact of COVID-19, national economy declined significantly and many enterprises got into trouble. In this context, government proposed the "six stability" and "six guarantees" policies. Xi’an Branch of People’s Bank of China has also taken active measures to support the control of COVID-19 and resumption of production, the financial support to stabilize enterprises and ensure employment has achieved remarkable results, but there are still some outstanding problems about implement of financial support policies to real economy, bank and Guarantee company cooperation and basic information platform construction. This article conducts in-depth research and analysis on these topics, and proposes relevant improvement suggestions in order to further improve the policy effect and support the better development of real economy.
