摘要
新冠肺炎疫情对经济社会造成较大冲击,做好IT应急管理、采取有效的应急措施,为央行各类业务提供安全、可靠的技术支撑是央行分支机构在疫情期间正常履职的基础保障。本文以人民银行西安分行为例,从其IT应急管理现状出发,结合疫情期间采取的应急措施及成效,分析IT应急管理面临的问题和挑战,并提出有关措施建议。
COVID-19 ’s epidemic situation has a great impact on the economy and society. To do a good job in IT emergency management and take effective emergency measures to provide safe and reliable technical support for all kinds of central bank business is the basic guarantee for central bank branches to perform their duties normally during the epidemic period. Taking the Xi’an Branch of the people’s Bank of China as an example, starting from the current situation of its IT emergency management, combined with the emergency measures and results taken during the epidemic, this paper analyzes the problems and challenges faced by the central bank branches in carrying out IT emergency management in the special period, and draws four points of enlightenment.
