摘要
研制了一种可在550℃高温下工作的高灵敏中子裂变计数器。该计数器采用多层平板电极和一体化无机铠装电缆的结构,电极表面涂镀含有高富集度235U的U3O8作为裂变物质。测试结果表明:该计数器热中子脉冲灵敏度达到1.3nv^-1·s^-1,坪斜为1.6%/100 V,室温下坪长超过1600V,在550C时坪长为150V,很好地满足了反应堆测量孔道的工况条件和测量要求。
A high-sensitivity neutron fission counter that can work at 550℃ was developed.Structures of parallel plate-type electrodes and integrated inorganic mineral insulated cable were introduced in the design.The surfaces of electrodes were coated with U3O8 enriched high abundance 235U as a fission material.According to the testing results,the thermal neutron sensitivity of the counter reached 1.3 cps/nv,the plateau slope was 1.6%/100V,the plateau length exceeded 1600V at room tem perature,it can still operate normally at 550℃ and the plateau length was 150 V at 550℃,meeting the working conditions and requirements of the reactor duct channel.
