摘要 昆明春之眼商业中心塔楼异形超厚钢板剪力墙将钢板剪力墙合理分段分节,优化焊接顺序和焊接工艺,解决了剪力墙焊接节点复杂、变形控制难和定位控制难等问题,施工操作简便,施工效率大幅提高,减少了返工,节约了施工材料,降低了施工成本。 The special-shaped super-thick steel plate shear wall of Kunming Spring Eye Commercial Center tower reasonably divides the steel plate shear wall into sections,optimizes the welding sequence and welding process,and solves the problems of complicated welding nodes of the shear wall,difficult deformation control,and difficult positioning control.The construction operation is simple,the construction efficiency is greatly improved,the rework is reduced,the construction materials are saved,and the construction cost is reduced.
