北京大兴国际机场型钢混凝土梁支撑系统优化技术 被引量:1

摘要 北京大兴国际机场南指廊型钢梁的模架支撑体系设计中,依据优化监测试验方案,对模架支撑体系的应力、应变及梁内型钢的力学参数进行测试,依据测试结果论证支撑方案。通过有限元法进行多参数分析,研究型钢在型钢混凝土梁浇筑时承担混凝土自重荷载的比例并与测试结果进行比对,提出这一比例的简易计算方法,该法用于施工实践实现了节约材料、人工、工期的预期目标。 In the design of the formwork support system for the steel beam in the south corridor of Beijing Daxing International Airport,the stress and strain of the formwork support system and the mechanical parameters of the beam inside the beam were tested according to the optimized monitoring test plan.The support scheme for the construction of steel concrete beams in the Southern Finger Corridor was demonstrated.And through the finite element method for m ulti-param eter analysis,the proportion of the concrete self-weight load on the section steel concrete beam was studied,compared with the test results,a simple calculation method for the proportion of the steel section beam bearing the concrete self-weight was proposed,and technical results were formed.Realize the expected effect of saving materials,labor and construction period.
