摘要
激光光镊拉曼光谱技术是光镊技术与拉曼光谱技术交叉融合的产物,能够用于生理条件下单细胞拉曼光谱的测量和分析,已成为细胞生物学、医学研究中不可缺少的重要工具.综述回顾了激光光镊拉曼光谱测量系统理论和技术的发展,展望了全息光镊、声镊、光电镊、光泳镊等新型光镊与拉曼光谱系统融合的前景;根据激光光镊拉曼光谱技术的特点,系统梳理、分析了该技术在生物医学领域,尤其是鼻咽癌的诊断和治疗领域的应用前景.
Laser tweezers Raman spectroscopy is a definite result from integrating with laser tweezers technology and Raman spectroscopy,which can be used for the measurement and analysis of Raman spectra of single cell under physiological conditions.It is a vital member of the family of research tools in cell biology,as well as medical science.A short overview on progress of the basic physical principles and technology of laser tweezers Raman spectroscopy system.Further,the pros-pects for the integration of laser tweezers Raman spectroscopy system and novel optical tweezers,such as holographic optical tweezers,holographic acoustic tweezers,optoelectronic tweezers and photophoretic tweezers et al.Based on technical features of laser tweezers Raman spectroscopy sys-tem,some important applications of laser tweezers Raman spectroscopy in biomedicine,especially diagnosis and treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma are presented,as well as the prospects in the further.
