Evaluation and application of parking and traveling environment in the old city:Taking Qingdao as an example

以老城区停车出行环境为研究对象,构建可系统评价其状况的评价体系。首先,通过文献研究及实地调研厘清停车出行的相关概念及评价路径。其次,采用层次分析法建立老城区停车出行环境评价体系,该体系包括停车环境、出行环境、发展弹性三个准则层及对应的12个指标,在此基础上对各指标进行量化、分级、赋值,并通过专家讨论、打分的方式确定各项指标的权重。最后,以青岛市为例,应用该评价体系对评价结果进行分析,提出改善评价单元的停车出行环境的针对性策略,以期为系统分析及优化老城区停车出行环境提供参考。

One of the key points of activating the old city is the improvement of the parking and travel environment in the old city,but currently,its improvement is lacking in integrity and pertinence.This study takes the parking environment of the old city as the research object,aiming to build a system that can systematically evaluate its status.First of all,clarify the relevant concepts and evaluation paths of parking travelthrough literature research and field research;secondly,the analytic hierarchy process was used to establish an evaluation system for parking and traveling environment in the old city,which includes 3 criteria layers(parking environment,travel environment and development flexibility)and 12 indicators with quantifying,grading and assigning;through expert discussion and scoring,the weight of each indicator is determined.Finally,taking the old city of Qingdao as an example,the evaluation system is applied to analyze the evaluation results,and a targeted strategy for the parking and traveling environment of the evaluation unit is proposed to provide a reference for the systematic analysis and optimization of the parking environment of the old city.
