摘要
苹果梨套袋处理可使果实着红色,红皮梨色泽鲜艳,受到消费者及育种家的青睐,具有较高的商品价值。植物中b HLH是参与调控花青苷合成的转录因子,b HLH能够单独或与其它结构基因、调节基因作用进而促进花青苷的积累。通过前期转录组测序发现,影响花青苷的b HLH转录因子中b HLH130在不同时期表达具有差异。本试验成功克隆了b HLH转录因子家族中b HLH130基因。结果表明,b HLH130基因其全长为1 305 bp,编码434个氨基酸,理论等电点(p I)为7.00,为不稳定蛋白,含有HLH结构域。系统发育树显示,Pbb HLH130基因与梨、苹果亲缘关系最近。本试验结果为今后探究并验证b HLH130与花青苷之间的联系提供数据参考。
’Pingguoli’bagging treatment can make the fruit red,and the red pear color is bright,which is favored by consumers and breeders,and has high commodity value.In plants,b HLH is a transcription factor involved in theregulation ofanthocyanin synthesis,which canpromotetheaccumulation ofanthocyaninsalone or incombination with other structural genes and regulatory genes.Through sequencing of the previous transcriptome,the expression of b HLH130 in b HLH transcription factors affecting anthocyanins was different at different stages.The b HLH130 gene in the b HLH transcription factor family was successfully cloned in this experiment.The results showed that the full length of b HLH130 gene was 1305 bp.It encodes 434 amino acids with a theoretical isoelectric point(p I)of 7.00,which is an unstable protein and contains an HLH domain.The phylogenetic tree showed that the Pbb HLH130 gene was most closely related to pears and apples.The results of this test provide a data reference for future exploration and verification of b HLH130 association with anthocyanins.
