摘要
为了改善棉被的板结问题,利用乙酸酐和丙酸酐对棉纤维进行改性,利用红外光谱对改性前后棉纤维的化学结构进行了表征分析,测试了改性前后棉纤维的回潮率变化。试验结果表明,乙酸酐与棉纤维的反应活性比丙酸酐高,能够有效减少棉纤维羟基含量并降低棉纤维的回潮率。
In order to improve the indentation problem of cotton quilt,the cotton fiber is modified by acetic anhydride and propionic anhydride.The chemical structure of cotton fiber before and after modification is characterized and analyzed by infrared spectroscopy,and the change of moisture absorption of cotton fiber before and after modification is tested.The results show that the reaction activity of acetic anhydride and cotton fiber is higher than that of propionic anhydride,which could effectively reduce the hydrogen content and moisture regain of cotton fibers.
